1: How long does it take to set up a bouncy castle ?

It takes Approximately five-ten minutes to set up depending on the size of the inflatable.

2: Can we put a inflatable on a hard surface ?

Usually no because of safety reason But if you are unsure please contact us for advice

3: what happens if it goes down ?

Make sure everybody gets off there are two common reasons that can cause this to happen (1) check that no one has turned off the power at the socket, check the circuit breaker (2) check that no one has untied the blower from the back, if in any doubt telephone us

4: Can we keep it over night ?

Yes but over night charges apply this must be arranged at the time of booking. You will be fully responsible for the safe keeping of the inflatable and any other equipment

5: Can we switch it of when its not in use ?

Yes. Just switch it off at the socket, please ensure that everybody is off BEFORE turning off the power. Inflatable’s go down very quickly and do not remain bouncy once the power is switched off. To turn it back on please remember to reset the circuit breaker
